John Rosalia - Shift Leader

John is a Los Angeles transplant, and a proud graduate of the University of Dayton in Ohio. Having been a former intern at the United States House of Representatives in DC, he greatly understands the politics involved  when choosing between some of our most delicious and popular soups.  John is a classically trained pianist and lead guitarist of over 15 years and enjoys writing and recording music in his free time at home. John is an able chef, fan of the gastronomic arts, and a self-proclaimed Sommelier.  When not at work, John also enjoys spending his time staring at Lake Michigan when the waves are high, eating a cup of his favorite Lobster Bisque and a simple ham and cheese Panini.
